4D Leadership Conference is the BCSANT annual gathering for church volunteers & leaders to be equipped, encouraged, and inspired in ministry. This year’s theme, Expectant, invites us to come ready to see how God will move, speak, and lead us into the future for our churches and communities.

We’re excited to welcome John Robertson and Petrea Taylor, who will bring fresh insight, biblical wisdom, and practical encouragement to help us lead with a renewed sense of passion and purpose.

In 2025, 4D will also include our BCSANT Assembly, where we celebrate God’s work among our churches, share stories, make key decisions, and seek God’s direction for the future. It’s a unique opportunity to come together as one movement, to worship, grow, and discern together.
