Associate Pastor
Aldgate Campus 0.6 FTE
Hills Baptist Church Aldgate is seeking to appoint an Associate Pastor to join our team and help us live out our mission to make disciples by establishing Christ-centred communities that are growing in God, loving people, and boldly sharing the gospel.
We’re looking for someone with a deep love for Jesus and wants to see people grow in their faith. This role will involve supporting our Aldgate Morning Campus through pastoral care (particularly among women), regular preaching and teaching, and leading ministries that help people grow in faith and reach out to our community. Young Adults Pastor
Aldgate Campus 0.8 FTE
Hills Baptist Church Aldgate is seeking a Young Adults Pastor to lead and shepherd our Aldgate 5pm congregation, equip emerging leaders, and help our community pursue its mission of multiplying Christ-centred communities.
The Young Adult Pastor will champion disciple-making, spiritual formation, leadership development, and community outreach among the Aldgate Young Adult congregation. You will oversee the strategic direction of the 5pm service, develop and support lay leaders, preach regularly, and foster a culture of authentic community, prayer, biblical teaching and missional living.

Children's Ministry Worker
Lobethal Campus 0.4 FTE
Hills Baptist Church Lobethal is seeking a Children's Ministry Worker to lead, develop, and champion ministry to children and families within the Lobethal campus.
This staff role will oversee the Children’s Church program, build and equip a healthy volunteer team, ensure safe ministry practices, and partner with the Next Gen team to develop age-appropriate, Christ-centred curriculum and leadership pathways.
