Our Creche for children under 5 years of age provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging space for your little ones during Gathered.
On Friday night, there is no creche program, however a Parents Room will be available.
On Saturday, families begin together, hanging out in the Gathered Hub for coffee and breakfast then moving into all-age worship before children move into our creche space. The morning creche session is interactive and play-based, while the afternoon offers a calm, relaxed environment with a movie and quiet play. The program wraps up at 4pm.
On Sunday, creche programs will run as normal during both morning and afternoon gatherings.
Our Kids Program is a fun, engaging space designed for primary school aged children to grow in faith and friendship during Gathered.
On Friday night, there is no kids program available, with all families encouraged to stay together in the main session.
On Saturday, families begin together, hanging out in the Gathered Hub for coffee and breakfast then moving into all-age worship before kids head off for an exciting day. The program includes a trip to Bounce, outdoor time with lunch and playground fun, and a meaningful session of worship, teaching, and prayer. With youth helping lead, it’s a safe, high-energy environment where kids feel included and inspired. All transport and activities are fully supervised, with pick-up back at the HCCS at 4pm.
If your child would prefer to stay with you in the Main Program on Saturday, they are more than welcome to do that. Just select the 'General Admission - Youth or Child' ticket type when registering.

Our Youth Program is all about connection, purpose, and being part of what God is doing during Gathered.
On Friday night, youth kick things off with a dedicated hangout space before joining the opening session with a youth focus.
On Saturday, youth can choose their own experience - either joining the main Gathered program or applying to serve in the Kids Program.
On Sunday, youth are part of the main sessions across the church.
Serving at our Kids Program
Thank you for your interest in serving in our Gathered Kids Program! We invite both adults and youth to register their interest in serving via the Gathered registration form linked below.
What happens next?
- Ensure we have the right mix of adult and youth leaders
- Confirm current Working With Children Checks (WWCC), where required
- Build a safe and effective team
Important to know:
- Not everyone who applies will be placed in the Kids Program team
- If you are not selected, we’d love for you to join us in the main Gathered program
- Serve in the program only, not participating in Bounce activities, and therefore not required to pay a registration fee, or
- Participate in Bounce while serving, with a $25 registration cost (arranged after team confirmation)
