TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for Gathered, you agree to the following:

1. Registration is confirmed upon full payment. Spaces are limited.

2. Cancellation refunds will be issued only if notice is received before Friday .

3. All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner in line with the values of the church.

4. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children except during designated supervised sessions.

5. You consent to receiving emergency medical treatment if required and confirm that any medical conditions have been disclosed.

6. The church and event organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

7. Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for church communications unless you notify us otherwise.

8. Personal information collected will be used solely for event organisation purposes.

9. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or program if necessary.
