Kingdom Life is for anyone ready to become more intentional in their discipleship to Jesus.
This 16-week course (split into two 8-week blocks) provides a space for meaningful connection, biblical teaching, and Holy Spirit-led transformation.
Kingdom Life 1 (the first 8 weeks) explores the nature of faith and the overarching biblical narrative, while Kingdom Life 2 (the second 8 weeks) focuses on living out that faith in today’s world.
Each session begins with fellowship and worship, followed by a 30-minute teaching, followed by small group discussion in huddles of 3–4, led by a dedicated mentor. Together, you'll reflect, pray, and commit to living out what God is speaking with encouragement and accountability throughout the week.
Across the course, we’ll explore themes such as:
- God’s big story and our place in it
- Prophets, priests, kings, and the dwelling place of God
- The spiritual battle we’re in and how God equips us
- Living as Christ’s ambassadors
- Kingdom relationships, justice & peace, stewardship, freedom, and leadership
We’ll also include space for Q&A, and finish with a Prayer & Worship Night, responding together to what God has been doing among us.
Our prayer is that by the end of Kingdom Life, you’ll be walking more closely with Jesus, more deeply connected to others, and more confident living out God’s mission in your everyday life.
Course Details
- Sessions will be hosted at HBC Aldgate (202 Old Mount Barker Road, Aldgate) in the Main Auditorium.
- Kingdom Life 1 (The Nature Of Faith) - 8 consecutive Wednesday evenings from February 18 - April 8 2026
- Kingdom Life 2 (The Way Of Faith) - 8 consecutive Wednesday evenings from May 13 - July 1 2026
- Participants are required to arrive at 7:15pm for a sharp 7:30pm start. We'll be aiming for a 9pm finish.
